Just had an external stairlift fitted for my elderly mum and am absolutely delighted with the installation, although challenging the engineer did a fantastic job, was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She already has an internal stairlift which was fitted by A2B back in 2011. We have always had fantastic service from this family run business and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Their customer service is second to none.

The most amazing and efficient service - my father-in-law ordered a stairlift from a2b stairlifts Ltd on Saturday morning, they came and measured the same day, and installed it before lunch-time on Monday! Fantastic - a credit to the Company and 10 out of 10 for service. Thanks.

This firm charged 490 to replace 2 batteries and left the stairlift in a dangerous condition scrapping and not aligned. When my elderly disabled parents called them back to correct the work they basically tried to hard sell them a new stairlift and charged them a 75 call out fee. Since then, Acorn has serviced the stairlift, for 190 they upgraded the control module and ..... further replaced the batteries. Stay well away from this company. If they do turn up ensure you have a stables so they can tie up their horses. They are absolute cowboys. Disgusting.

Well worth a 5 star rating a friendly professional service. A visit to the showrooms and a demo of the equipment was well worth it. The fitting was done with no mess and everything fully explained. Highly recommended
