An introvert-friendly ordering system that allows lots of customizations! We tried the Cheeky and the Bold ramen. Both broths were full of flavor but not overwhelming. The soft boiled egg was perfect. The noodles were the way we liked them, a bit more on the firm side. Can’t wait to go back and try other bases!
I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I like how the service is always great and they keep the place well organized all the time. Rates are reasonable and they serve generous portions.
Last week was our first time in this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the attentive service, with the fine cuisine and fine drinks and with the comfortable charge. We will no doubt return there again.
Tatsu Ramen offers a smooth experience from beginning to end with an easy ordering experience with touchscreen menus where you can order your meal and make adjustments on your own. You can pay card or cash. After the receipt prints, you hand it to the nearby host who directs you to a seat and ensures that your meal is ordered with the kitchen. Our waiter kept a close eye on our waters, refilling them often, and the nearby bathroom was clean and spacious. We were on the lookout for delicious ramen, and Tatsu Ramen did not disappoint. I ordered the Hippie Ramen!
