Tate Recruitment - Southampton

I signed up to work for Tate in April 2019 and was placed immediately into an assignment that lasted for 10 months. I was constantly supported and checked up on by Jo & Rachael who always ensured that I had everything I needed and felt really happy and comfortable in my role. This assignment then came to a close and I was straight away placed again in a great role in the same building! The transition was seamless and there was constant communication throughout. I was then with Tate throughout the entire Covid19 lock down I felt reassured and really looked after by them through Furlough and then a further two assignments. Payroll were always super quick to respond to any query whether it was pay/holiday related. I really cant praise the services that Tate offer highly enough. Thank you all! Special mentions to Rachael, Jo & Eve and the PACT team :) I'll be sad to leave you guys!

Rachael and her team at Tate have been absolutely amazing by helping me find work ASAP during very unpredictable times. The company I was placed with was great to work for, providing all the equipment allowing me to work safely from home, thorough training and constant support. I was looked after well by both the company and Tate, with regular communication and efficient pay. Would definitely recommend, Thank you!

My personal experience with the team at Tate have been astonishing! I'm also from New Zealand and I have been through A LOT of recruitment companies in order to find jobs. They are professionals and really know what they're doing! Always been honest, straight forward and to the point. It's obvious they love their jobs. Professional, supportive staff. They listen to you when you specify what job/roles you are looking for and they do their very best to find them. I would recommend Tate (and have) to anyone looking for work/employment.
