Tate have been amazing! When registering with them, they really took the time to have a chat about what I was looking for and what they could offer, and they were extremely quick to find me a role. Vicky and Esther have been particularly helpful, supportive and enthusiastic. They are always quick to respond and will go out of their way to answer any queries, or resolve any issues. I really appreciate that they regularly check in with you to see if everything is going well. They have found me my ideal role as a Finance Assistant at a great company which has since turned into a more permanent role. Thank you!

I have been made redundant last June 2020, due to Covid-19. Difficult and stressful times for everyone, large number of people are unemployed and only handful of companies still employing. Last week of August -2020 Searching for my next employment, I have contacted Tate Recruitment and spoken with Vicky Walden, she answer the phone with a very warm welcome. She quickly has identified my previous work experiences, salary expectations, and education. She was very helpful. Her one to one skills put you at ease immediately. Vicky tailored my work skills and experiences to the best possible job match, from there on things moved very quickly. She has arranged my first job interview, couple of days later I have been offered a second interview. Yes .... I have got the job, most importantly I love the company I will be working with. I had dealings with Vicky Walden at Tate Brighton regarding a potential contract, and I cannot recommend her enough. Proper old school lead-nurturing approach, which is so refreshing in the cold hard world of 2020!
