If I could do zero I would! Absolutely digusted with this place! I order from here about 3 times a month maybe more, today they delivered my sisters wrap with salad after I wrote in the comments no salad I called and after him telling me he couldnt do nothing we agreed he would send out another with the money for the order with the deliveroo driver as it was their mistake, so after I order another and I payed by card I called back to let them know I put it in the comments he then began to shout at me and tell me he wasn't going to pay for the delivery fee, which I then replied why should I have to pay for it when it is their mistake not mine. He was very rude and aggressive about the situation then told me he wouldnt be sending the food out at all. This place has no understanding of customer service! You have now lost customers as my sister, mum, boyfriend and we will not be ordering from you again!

Tried this place for the first time while staying at the Ibbis thinking it was just a chip shop that served donners, which I wasn't really interested in but thought it would do. The menu also had skeward Kebabs, so tried the mixed one for 8. Wow! Really nice cooked to order, lamb chicken and shish, with a lovely fresh mixed salad and pittas. Going back again tonight.......Try it if you stay or live near here, you wont be disappointed.
The best fish and chips in Waltham Forest. Would recommend highly, polite and friendly staff.
