Absolutely appalling. Shocking staff. Ordered shredded beef in szechuan sauce. No beef in it at all just greasy batter. Took it to the shop to complain and I pulled the batter apart to show there was no beef. The lady argued saying there was nothing wrong with it but I've enclosed pictures for proof in this review. It's just white yellow batter the lady said that was beef. I said since when is beef white she then responded by saying they use bleach coloring on the beef which made me more appalled. The lady would not give a refund. By law there needs to be a certain percentage of meat in a advertised dish this failed short of this in my opinion. I have refrigerated the dish for trading standards to investigate the composition of the dish and environmental health. I came to the lady to save having to put a negative review up but she was not concerned at all Regarding your response your mother did say she used bleach coloring to make the beef white and now your using the fact that your mother's English is not good as an excuse to say she was confused yet her English was perfect on that night. I'm extremely concerned that you wash the beef for such a long time that it turns white my concern is that the beef is out of the refrigerator for such long times being washed that it would not be at the correct temperature under food regulations. To turn the beef white and under you're own admission washing it for long periods would mean a lot of time that the beef is under refrigerated
