I am a long-time customer at Taste of America, though my latest customer service experience here has left me disappointed. I ordered 11 items in December, and when my package arrived, one item was missing. I immediately *attempted* to contact Taste of America via email and telephone, multiple times over multiple days, following the suggestions on their website. However, not once did someone answer my emails or telephone calls. I thought this store was above this kind of customer service... Sadly, I don't think I will be shopping here anymore.

I love going,I hate paying. I get it tho. Its imports so it'll always be expensive. If you want Root Beer or American cereals and Pop Tarts then this is the place to go. They carry a good selection of American products. Sadly no corned beef hash. I've been several times and the staff is always very good and friendly. I hate paying 1.50 for a can of soda but every so often it is worth it.
Quality products at a reasonable price. I am happy to buy local with this business because of their outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this place for all of your American cravings.
There are a few of these stores around town and they have left me wondering, \who is paying 8 Euros for a box of Fruity Pebbles?\ Seriously, I'll charge you half the price to come over to my house where I will squirt a load of corn syrup down your throat. Pretty much the same experience, trust me. The REAL taste of America is corn syrup.
