The bus driver doesn't know the route of Delhi to Haridwar The usual govt.bus takes 5-6hrs but when i travelled by this Volvo it took. 7hrs to reach haridwar Why pay700to sit in Volvo if we can trave in less time and also less cost in government buses... Very much disappointed

Not good
Not good drivers and booking guy. They stare at women and during whole tour the driver was discussing about wrong things about some lady . We recorded whole conversation. It's really sad to see how unsafe bus service is? Especially for women. My wife simply said No to take their bus again.
Service is very excellent. Staff is very helpful. Vehicles are very clean. drivers are at their best behaviour. Overall great experience.
