I rang them to ask for an engineer to come out, the chap I spoke to advised me over the phone what he believed the problem to be and explained it was something I could very easily fix myself. There was no need for him to have done this, his advice has saved me money, I will definitely use this company again as they are professional and honest.

Reading only good reviews I rang Tarleton Domestics at the end of January. 1. He quoted me 150 for a secondhand washing machine part I had sourced myself to be 18 brand new VAT & delivery. So he then quoted me 65 to order and fit it and promised to ring me back in a couple of days, which I was happy with. However, I didn't hear from him. 2. After a week, I rang him back & he said it was a special part that can take weeks to be delivered. He would ring me to keep me informed. I didn't hear from him. 3. After another three weeks, I rang him back & he said it was never delivered so he would order it again and would ring me back in a couple of days (which is odd, since he told me before that the delivery would take weeks). I didn't hear from him. I eventually ordered the part myself, which was delivered the next day!!! My boyfriend fitted it. A really disappointing experience from a business that is receiving 5-star reviews from others.
