Great 2nd hike experience and 1st Major climb
Hike the chill trail of Mt. Damas. And take a swim at Ubod Falls cold waters. Standing 600 masl, this is a easy to hike mountain with basic rapelling. Watch out for its Cardiac Trail, it might be very slippery when it rains.
The mountain is very challenging to climb. You have to step on the river's rocks so you won't be carried away by the water. You have to climb a very steep (almost 90 degrees) trail. You have to cross a river and fight your way through a muddy path. Nevertheless, a sublime scenery awaits up there.
