Absolutely awful company. We tried to sign up for service in July 2019. After 3 weeks, they still did not pick up our trash, despite calling several times and having them promise to send someone out. Finally we called and told them to forget it and that we are going with someone else who is more reliable. DESPITE cancelling their service that they had never actually started (since they never picked up our trash), we have continued to receive bills in the mail from them even though they are not providing service to us. I call everytime we receive a bill and I am assured that the issue has been corrected and it won't happen again. But yet, every 3 months a new bill comes and the balance continues to accrue. I finally have submitted a complaint to the BBB. Hopefully they can help correct the situation. If you have choice, do yourself a favor and go with Vogel.

So far we signed up a little over 2 weeks ago and haven't picked up the trash once. We told the lady when we set up service that we live at a busy intersection and to just advise us where they would like us to put the trash. Called after they didn't pick up the first week and was told that they would advise us where to move it, but they never called back. Wife called today and couldn't get a word i, was just told they still have truck out. Guess it's time to find a new service because I can't just leave trash sit at the side of the road.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. This company is a joke. Poorly run in all aspects. Where to begin. They seem to forget picking up trash. Never answer the phone or call back to messages. They’re bills get mailed out when they feel like it. Leave half of the trash behind. Surprised they’re still in business.
Good with garbage pickup in Saxonburg. Recyclables occasionally sit for a day, but have been on the day lately.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. They use any excuse to not take the trash. It’s too heavy. It’s too big. It’s not bagged correctly. You have one extra bag and forget it, it will remain on the curb. This company is horrendous and they take their phones off the hook to avoid dealing with customers. Avoid at all cost!!
