Taqueria Azteca Original Mexican Food

Got some street tacos that were pretty awesome. Carnitas, Carne asada, and barbacoa on corn tortilla with some cilantro, onions and lime. Good stuff. Would definitely recommend. They have a ton of different varieties for me to try. Glad its only 2 mins from my apartment. Employees were great too oh and they have real sugar cokes... definitely will go back!

No heat and it is 12 outside. Cold rice, cold tamales. Microwave must not be working, yes I saw them put my tamales in microwave 2 times. The 3 or 4 hot bites of my tamales did taste good.

Great plant based(Impossible meat) tacos! Can’t stop going! The rice is so good! The guacamole(a bit spicy) is awesome! They have this amazing cucumber juice! Thankful they have vegan options. Already planning my next visit!

The dineing room is small, but extremely clean and well kept. They will help you move tables around for larger parties with no complaint. They are quick with your order but they take the time to make it well. I've never had a bad experience here and really dont believe I ever will. Its one of my favorite places. Plus, their prices are a steal for what you get!

I have been to Mexico many times and I lived in Houston for the last decade and this is some amazing Mexican food! Everything is wonderful. The only bad thing is how busy it is! (I can see why though).. prices are fair, portions are great and food is fresh, flavorful and great portions. Definitely going to come here often!
