Wonderful place for delicious Spanish tapas. Good value. Food so good, I forgot to take a picture. Service was friendly and great. Place has a fabulous vibe and decor. Highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stop and watch the world, or at least Windermere populace, go by. Food and service very good. The fresh fruit in the water was a nice touch. Varied tapas menu to suit all. Centrally located.

Can't fault Tapios. We were seated and served in 40 minutes, almost too efficient! Enjoyed the botanic-kitsch decor complete with fairy lights galore. We weren't super hungry so 4 dishes were more than enough. Highlights were the fluffy-crisp patatas bravas in a sweet sauce. And the calamari were melt-in-the-mouth good - no hint of chewiness. Bonus points for the fun bachata background music. 30 for 4 tapas and 2 drinks. Definitely book.
Absolutely delicious tapas - every dish we ordered was well prepared and substantial enough for two to share. Extensive drinks menu with authentic sangria and wine aplenty. Restaurant has a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. Excellent gluten free options clearly indicated on menu. Staff were generally very polite but it was clear that we were being rushed to clear table - waitress refused to serve us another drink after desert and claimed there was a 1 hour table limit - something she had never mentioned before and seemed bizarrely short! Other than this a lovely experience.
