Tried Tapi Carpets at Yarmouth for 3 bedroom and our living room carpet. Very helpful in store with our choice of carpets regarding suitability for the different rooms and even gave us a good deal on our living room carpet that we had seen on offer the week before, which had ended. Came round to measure up and talked us through underlay and any other details specific to our property. While we waited for the carpets to come in Tapi kept us up to date and informed about what would happen on the fitting date etc. On the day 2 carpet fitters arrived and fitted all the carpets beautifully leaving a couple of off cuts for us and taking everything else with them...very happy and only 1 door to trim down!!
Rectified a previous issue with a faulty carpet due to a manufacturer fault. Tom provided excellent customer service the first time we brought our carpet and on dealing with him on the second occasion too. Our fitters were also lovely and I would not hesitate in recommending again! Thank you.
