TAPAS BRINDISA LONDON BRIDGE¡Hola! In the early 90s we set our roots in Borough Market opening our original warehouse and first shop in the Floral Hall. In 2004 an opportunity presented itself to us – to take a space in the market – it was here we created London’s first no reservations, a traditional tapas bar.A place to bring the true food, wine, and hospitality of Spain to London’s table for all to enjoy. Since then Brindisa London Bridge has since become the home of authentic Spanish foods and tapas in London.Bustling from lunch to dinner | Market menu of tapas, cheese and charcuterie | The perfect spot for a sherry | All Spanish wine list | Terrace in Borough Market |

Thank you Giovanni for making my visit to Brindisa London Bridge a special one. I feel you really understand what hospitality is, especially during this crazy pandemic when life has been very different, I felt your willingness to provide a lovely service was so genuine and truly appreciated!. I loved your recommendation for the dessert; payoyo cheese and figs! The salt cod fritters are amazing I hope they stay on the menu for a while. I'm sure that I'll return again. Thank you and have a blessed day.

This plachas been on my radar for some quite time and I'm glad I've managed to get a hold on a table here. Tapas at its best, some uniquely delicious plates, fine service quick serving, great ambiance and the perfect location... and! a great sherry selection!

We chanced upon this restaurant when looking for somewhere to eat fairly urgently. How pleased we all were !! Very friendly service and very good food. We ordered tomato bread, garlic prawns, croquettes, the egg & potato dish. We ordered a jug of Sangria all was delicious, the staff were friendly & attentive & all the Covid measures were in place.

This was our second visit here and it did not disappoint! The walk up queuing app is fantastic as means we could go and explore the market whilst waiting for a table to become available. There is a varied tapas menu and an excellent selection of wines. All of the food we had was really tasty and freshly cooked. The staff were really friendly and the place has a great buzz. Would definitely recommend a visit here and hope we’ll be back soon!

We went to Brindisa because it was still doing the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. They didn’t take reservations, but we were seated quite quickly. We got taken to outside the restaurant where it becomes Borough Market. The food was okay. I think the Octopus and Prawn dishes were the best. The waiters were friendly and brought me a new drink when there was a mistake with the order. I’m not so sure about the seating and environment though.
