At first sight the restaurant wasn't so welcoming, probably coz we went short before the afternoon break. HOWEVER, the food is ridiculously good tasting, and the owner turned out to be a very nice guy. Definitely worth a visit

Nice food and good service. Strongly recommend the Laksa!!!!!
All the good reviews that I have read about Tao Yuan Restaurant are true. Wonderful service and the food was amazing. Highly recommended !!
Authentic good food. Very nice staff.
For a change, from the Italian Pizzas , you can visit Tao Yuan for some Chinese food. The ambience was good, a possible 50 seater . Options for Vegetarians available. Friendly atmosphere. Ordered items were served fast with no delay. Samosas, Spring rolls were my favourite.
Super tasty food. Had the Cantonese duck, but everything they served was quite delicious. Very friendly staff as well that took good care of us. Would consider it one of Vevey's hidden gems
