It's a quite place to live, no amenities, grasses are fully grown i would say that there's no proper maintenance, they build my house with very poor quality let me specific: unleveled floor, paint start peeling off in less than a yr of stay, if heavy rains there's leaks from the wall so it causes flood,, they dont remove the excesses or dumped soil around the house it looks like a mountain thats why i tried to level it by myself, and lastly all those issues has been reported repeatedly to the office but they are not responsive.
