Nice place for lunch. Lovely soups and scones. Great take away bits for dinner and love browsing the gifts in the shop. Dog friendly so its always a bonus.

Excellent setup for cyclists with indoor shelter that allows for social distancing. Good coffee!
A great friendly place for meeting up for coffee. They have played tables and benches in one of the fields (socially distanced) so that cyclists can have a comfortable place to sit. The field also has a coffee van so you do not have to join the main queue for the farm shop. You can order food from the van which will be brought out to you. The main farmshop area is open with outside play available for children. Great food and coffee. Fantastic sausage roll. The only reason I give 4 stars is because only one toilet is open for public use. But we are thankful that there is a toilet facility.

I had been recommended the Tanhouse tea rooms by a friend. What I had ordered was very good, fresh, tasty with a little side salad. I ordered some teas then went back to get some cake and more teas. The cakes were very good. It wasn't until I had nearly finished my second tea that I had found out the milk they were using was off. It had curdled and sunk to the bottom of my cup. I looked in my first cup and it was the same at the bottom of that one. I wasn't overly impressed and mentioned it to the staff. They did offer me another tea which I kindly refused then a refund which I didn't take either. They need to make sure before using everything that it's ok. I will go back as it is in a lovely location and like I have already mentioned, the food is superb.
