Tangled Hair Design

Decided to try out this salon for the first time as it is nearby to my daughters school and had some good reviews. I came for a cut and colour it was done by a large blonde woman, can't remember the name. She has absolutely destroyed my hair! She left the peroxide on for around 90 minutes! when it was being washed out I was asked if I used silver shampoo! When it was blow dried my hair was bright yellow! Hence the silver shampoo question I assume ! Its going to take much more than that I tell you!! My hair is so dry and snapping off it has never been in such bad condition, I highly doubt the olaplex was put in with the colour aswell.I am seriously contemplating legal action. I am warning other ladies to seriously steer clear of this salon, this woman doesnt know what she is doing! This is the worst salon experience I've ever had.

I've been coming to Kealea for over 20yrs know she knows exactly how I like my hair and she always listens to what I want and gives me advice as to what will suit me as she knows how fussy I am as I'm there every four weeks. I wouldn't go to anybody else as I fully put my trust in her. The salon is lovely and you always get a warm welcome so if anybody wants a great experience this is the place to get booking. Highly recommended

Welcoming staff and always professional. Had my hair cut coloured and also had hair extensions, with a perfect colour match. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I've been a client of Kealea's for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else. Always happy that she listens to what I want and never gets scissor happy like some hairdressers. Always a warm welcome in her lovely salon.

Kealey and her staff are very helpful accommodating to help with style, Colour and helpful in every way! Want to say a little mention to her Junior stylist Kealee who is helpful and very eager to learn! Would defiantly recommend this little saloon in Thornton keep up the good work! X
