Unprofessional and unfriendly: they tell us by WhatsApp that they have the product we want, so we tell them when we are coming to get it and we spend IDR 280k to travel there from Jakarta... when we arrive, they tell us they don’t have the product. What a joke of a company. Terrible customer service, rude people there did not apologize or offer any explanation.

Recommended banget untuk beli iphone. Baru pertama kali beli hp di sini hasi rekomendasian teman2, dan ternyata emang benar. Soal pelayanan oke, toko juga gak terlalu ramai untuk saat pndemi gini. Mbanya ramah Semoga nanti kalau ada kenapa2 after salesnya bagus
