I ordered a takeaway last weekend and it was beautiful and full of flavour. Food arrived piping hot and in good time. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The takeaway itself is very clean and welcoming. It was the best Indian takeaway I have had in a long time and I will definitely be returning again! 10/10 Keep up the good work!!!!!

This has got to be the Best Indian Take-Away in Durham now. Really packed with flavour. Won't go anywhere else now.
Our favourite Durham takeaway. The menu is full of tasty dishes. On Sunday's (and Thursday's too if I recall correctly) they have 'banquets' available which are great value for money. Usually we tend to order too much food as we get carried away with the choices on offer. The Millenium Restaurant nearby is decent, but taste-wise it can't beat this gem.
I have been a regular customer at the tandoori centre for a while and recently it has been taken over by Roots of India,but they have kept some of the staff from Tandoori centre and at first I was scared to try it but I gave it ago and tried a new dish from the house specials,the young lad at the front called his dad (the new owner) to the front as he is the chef and he recommended the chicken butter as it is mild and I usually have the korma...now I prefer the chicken butter and I am extremely happy that the food is of high quality! Definitely will be coming here regularly and also the shop is the cosiest and nicest looking takeaway I have ever been in.
Rubbish. Always missing ingredients and don't deliver so have to go back after unpacking food at home. Never sort the problem, and funnily enough never give you extra ingredients by mistake! 2 poppadoms and a naan missing from the latest order. Not going there again. Better around.
