Excellent experience. From arriving and checking in, through to the actual skating. The staff are helpful. The kids used polar bear support systems which were brilliant. The ice was in great condition. There is an outside fast lane that runs the whole perimeter of the building. Would.highly recommend for anyone who wants a fun skating experience. Hard techno music and flasshing lights made it all the more fun.

It was amazing!!!you can ice skate in the middle or you can go around the outside of the rink .you can have a penguin or a polar bear or a seal where on person is sitting and the other is skating .you can have ice skating lessons. It is so so so much fun as a family. I would recommend it so so much.Also the ice skating shoes are free when you pay to go on the rink.
It was really good, the people were really helpful and I had a lot of fun. The only thing to improve the prices of the ice skating assistants (The penguins, polar bears and seals) since they are 10 each to borrow. It's a great day out for all the family!
We prebooked for a skate session from 5-7 online. Staff was friendly and helpful as I went through two changes of skates because I didn't know my UK feet size. Everything was festive for the holidays and the environment was amazing. Lots of happy faces around!
Very good facility with supportive coaches to help beginners get started with confidence.
