Ordered our hot tub at the beginning of January and it was installed and ready to use less than 4 weeks later. From the moment we contacted Midland's hot tubs, we received a brilliant service! Great communication, professional and friendly. Huge thanks to both Simon's for all your help and advice and to the guys who were great when they delivered and installed it. Absolutely excellent service from order to delivery and installation. Simon and his team not only get the job done but they do so in such a friendly way. I have no hesitation in recommending Midlands Hot Tubs. We scoured around for quite a while trying to find a hot tub at the price we wanted to pay but importantly someone who would take the pain and risk away from the pretty daunting crane challenge and offer the full job including organising a crane for an over house lift as part of the service. Simon was the only one we found, who offered this full and let’s face it ‘proper’ end to end service. No passing the buck like most other companies we spoke with. And the thing is, he as you would expect, got a proper crane and at a far more competitive price than I was finding myself anywhere. Others could learn a lot from Simon and his team. Anyway our tub is superb, the whole service from initial socially distanced visit to our house to give great advice and offer options to getting the tub running and handing over was superb. Especially since all this took place during the Covid crisis. Who needs a holiday when you’ve got one of these! Thanks Simon
