Amazing customer service, so impressed to see staff wearing masks too. Greeted at door by lovely person who directed me to click & collect and advised correct way out. I had received wrong order by courier but manager was brilliant, offered a full refund or to have correct items collected for me in store while i waited. A short time later she was back with my items, refunded ones not in stock, making me a very happy customer. Thank you Matalan Tamworth for such excellent service

First time in here without following my partner around. Very Primarkish, so can understand its popularity. Couldn't spot any well known brands, but the quality of the goods appears to match the prices.
Only Matalan could move to a new bigger store and stock less choice. This new store is a terrible layout on the upper floors. Less choice for men and a virtually non existent home department. If you want Matalan go to Burton up on Trent.
The staff are friendly, but I do not like the new store, I am 33 inch in the leg but all they ever have is 32 or 34, I have ended shopping on line, sure I can buy 34 and have them turned up but this will cost 12, I wanted a couple of sweatshirts but the choice was of one type although different colours, I asked if there were any other choices to be told look on line, if I want to go on line I will look for a place that offers free delivery, I do not want to go back to the Matalan store the next day. Sorry Matalan but you need to up your game.
