Went in today for a pump out and diesel. Easy to get in and out, the service wharf is right at the entrance on the left. Very competitive price of diesel. Most importantly: excellent service by Ruth. Not only did she do everything for us, she even helped us turn the boat around! Recommended.

A great place to stop for all your boating needs. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Ruth and Jackie. We turned up after my wife had fallen and cracked a bone in her foot and needed to get an ambulance to take her to the local hospital. The two fabulous ladies jumped in to action and provided a chair for my wife to sit in the shade and cool drinks of water for all of us. After helping me to pump out they then took care of my stepson and me, asked two gents to help me get my boat out to moor up in the shadiest part of the canal all the while looking after my wife for me. When the ambulance came they directed the crew to my wife and when she went off, Ruth offered to go and pick my wife up after treatment and bring her back to the marina. These fabulous ladies also told me where I could find shops and takeaways if I needed them. My family and I cannot heap too much praise on Jackie and Ruth for going way above and beyond in helping boaters in some distress. They are a shining credit to the company.

Called in today for Elsan emptying. Also noticed what a lovely clean site. Elsan easy to use not having to bend over. Staff friendly and spoke to other moorers who said a lovely site to live on. Pleasure to go there
