I went to this health clinic to have my Nexplanon implant removed. My experience at the clinic was wonderful and I will be returning. All staff that I encountered were pleasant, but Dawn White, N.P. is exceptional. She had my implant out pretty quickly, and despite it being a little \stuck\ in my arm, I was left with a tiny cut in my arm (about 2 mm long) and hardly any bruising at all. If you're looking for a care provider with a great attitude plus skills and experience, she's the one! It is a bit difficult to get on the phone with someone at this clinic, but you can easily make online appointments and they will call you if they need more information.

The staff and doctors have always been incredible, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. But there is a real issue with the phones. I can't get in touch with anyone without a 30 minute wait on hold. Everyone has technical issues every once in a while but this has been going on for way too long.

They were sensitive to my dysphoria and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit, which is important to me as a transgender person; and provided important resources for me that I needed.
