Contrary to the information on their website, their automated phone system, and multiple signs in their lobby, they do NOT allow parental visitation. \Due to covid\. Mmmmmmkay?

Heaven forbid you ever have a client located at this facility. The staff is incompetent, they have zero interest in assisting you and simply will place you on hold until you hang up. Just another example of corrections in Florida.

I've been there 3 times, the staff is polite and understanding. They have their flaws though, some of them pretend to acknowledge you then show you otherwise. Overall I like the place, its organized and responsible.

The staff is very polite and help the attorneys in to see their juvenile clients quickly which is nice. The facility is very safe and clean when compared with a few of the facilities in surrounding counties. The medical people also do a pretty good job for kids with medical issues. As least they try to get things done. Overall, this place is as good as it gets.
