I have used elite autosports for over 3 years to service my 5 vehicles, & they had been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately, things entirely imploded with my last & final detailing with elite autosports. I had my 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder & my G63 AMG Mercedes, both detailed outside my home. As I come out toward the end of the service to pay, I see a young kid live-streaming my cars on Facebook & uploading pictures of my Lamborghini (complete with my license plate info & home address visible). I asked him to stop immediately & delete the pictures/videos, but he replied that it was his phone & I did not have a right to delete anything, despite his actions breaching my personal privacy & family’s safety. To add insult to injury, I also discovered – immediately after the service was complete – that the young kid was not familiar with the intricacies of a Lamborghini & broke my gas cap actuator release, as well as the engine bonnet release. This ultimately resulted in me having to flatbed my Lamborghini over 100 miles away to an authorized dealership, paying over 1k in repairs, & waiting for over a month without my vehicle. Despite all these issues, I simply reached out to the owner – Dallas Cathey – to request a refund for the detailing services (not even asking that he cover Lamborghini dealership repairs) & he told me I could sue him if I wanted a refund. So, I did sue him out of principal so that no other consumer would be treated as I had been. It wasn’t until my corporate lawyers got ahold of Dallas that he finally decided to reach out to me over 4 months after the fact, & reluctantly offered a refund for services. Probably the worst business experience I have ever had.

I utilize their full service monthly. In fact - BADLY need to see them this weekend. The staff is friendly and my car always looks great, inside and outside. The \Total Appearance\ is only 169 - and only 10 more for mobile! :)
