It took 90mins to get our main meal, which was 50mins after we finished our starters. When we started asking where it was we were told 2 mins, after 10mins I asked again to be told 2mins, a further 5 mins went by and we were told 3mins! 5mins later it arrived. I explained I was upset that I had been lied to. The manager kept giving excuses but wouldn't explain why she kept saying 2 mins. I understand orders can get missed, mistakes happen, but lying is not ok. Tables all around us who came in after us got their food alot earlier than us, so it was clear something had gone wrong. They then took 8 off our 80 bill as a goodwill gesture! That isn't even the cost of a childrens menu, yet again showing they were not really sorry. I asked, and got, the proce of 2 pizzas removed, which to be honest is probably 5 maximum at cost for them. So disappointing. The Pizzas were not that nice, they were soggy, so i suspect they had sat around for a while and someone had forgotten to put them in the oven!

Good menu, gorgeous food, nice atmosphere and really friendly staff. Definitely recommend this charming Italian restaurant!
Boring menu.. Standard basic UK based Italian food, pizza and pasta... I wanted a real Italian restaurant where you can order true Italian dishes and not pizza, pizza is a street food in Italy and not a restaurant based menu. Staff are rude and seem like they can't be bothered more so the tall chap, little guy is OK.
Fantastic!! Staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Food was absolutely delicious, so authentic and just how you'd expect it to be in Italy!! We had a fantastic evening. Highly recommended..
