Very organized and quick. Parking may be a bit of a hassle at times but the service is fast. Due to Covid you have to make appointment to come. The very friendly guard at the entrance can assist you to that.

Very helpful and friendly staff, but if you want to collect your new ic ASAP, you better check the poster attached here as if you do it here, it will take 5days to complete. And makesure you print out your supporting documents (as in picture) for any request to change address.
