Good place to get seasonal second hand items. Got some skis and boots for winter. The most challenging part is using the elevator as it is always crowded and busy.

Huge selection of books, music (CD), movies, kids toys, figures, car / train models on the first floor. Lots of clothes, though I'm not sure what brands and such since I wasn't there for clothing. Rows of tents and outdoor goods, sports equipment, music instruments. Housewares section was a bit of a miss (compared to other OFF stores) but it's there. But really, whatever you may need in your home, you could probably find it here. Free shuttle as mentioned by others, at the Keio & Odakyu Nagayama station. Exact waiting area is near the wind turbine-looking art sculpture and the tree by the bus / taxi stand area. Go on their website for the schedule.
