From Colorado where free trails like this are dime a dozen. It's okay for what it is. Better for the RZRs. There is only one single track for bikes and half of it is overgrown poorly marked. You'll be riding first gear just trying to navigate the trail... The BUNKERS are a cool concept and very primitive. My biggest beef is charging EXTRA for non-riders at 15/day. You pay 5 per vehicle on top of the entrance fee... Doesn't make too much sense. Also lose the wristbands, that's about the silliest way to keep track if you've paid for the day. Overall, had a good time riding the trails. They are well marked, but the map they give you is terrible. 3 stars for that. Just OK

We enjoy having hills and mud to ride on. Challenging sections but also easy enough for the kids if you watch where you go.
We've been riding here at top trails a good bit. The bunkers are awesome to camp in and for setting a tent and tables up inside. perfect for staying dry on rainy trips. Tons of good trails and scenery. The trails up to the top of the mountain for the lookout is a must see. The creek's our favorite place to play. Decent size property.
Very lovable & so much land to explore & have family fun. To get dirty also
35 dollars little pricey for a one day pass for no more property they offer to ride. Price was for two ppl and one SxS. Park was kept up, staff very courteous. IMO just good for a day or maybe weekend ride.
