The internet I had was alright, but the customer service and their reliability is horrible. I moved and tried to get the services on my new address, they didn't have and offered to cancel for free. Now they want to charge me for services I didn't use, a final bill and even because I cancelled the Direct Debit so they wouldn't still more money from me. Do not EVER have an service with them or you will be entangled... Just run away from TalkTalk.

Great building, great work environment and last but by no means least great people. Truly a great place to work :) If your looking for a cool new place to work then checkout our new open plan offices in Salford, from our secret control room, wall of TVs monitoring our network to our 80 neighborhoods, 40 meeting rooms and over 30 private working spaces and nooks. Need a bite to eat? Head up to our 350 seat industrial inspired restaurant and coffee shop with panoramic views over Salford from our roof top herb garden.
We have tried on 3 occasions to get a new TV box that can record for my elderley parents and been promised that they would be treated as a priority. Two months on, they still have not received their new box witn no explanation. I will be looking to move them to a new, more considerate supplier.
Appaling customer service, terminated my account with them due to extremely poor broadband speed (remember dial up?). Trying to get refund from them for overpayment is like drawing teeth, trying to find contact details is bad enough. How many people in my position just give up and write it off. This is fraud and theft. I assume the people who work there are required to write 5* reviews just to keep the number up.
Been with talk talk for years 1st time they've cut me of due to there own fault when I say I pay on the 15th I do.. Its a painful company to be with its like pulling teeth out goodbye I'm leaving after all these years...
