I ordered using the grab app. when i received and ate it, i can really say that it is not newly cooked. and what's worse, i also ordered pineapple juice. it tastes like water and the cup is not full. i hate this branch. the chiken seems like it was cooked 12hrs ago.

One of the best branches I've visited. Straight-up prompt service. Great staff. Used a promotional digital voucher and was done quickly, no fuss. And above all, food items are warm & fresh, unlike other branches. Kudos to Jollibee Starmall Talisay branch.
Jollibee is always an all tine favorite. The service is the best as usual.
Clean and conducive.... just along the road beside star mall.
I noticed that even if it's almost 10pm but there are more people visiting the place and some grab and foodpanda riders still ordering foods so gutom mga tao hahah. The establishment implements physical distancing and disinfects your hands before entering. What I like also is they accept Paymaya as mode of payment for your orders. But I missed to check if they accept Gcash. I also experienced the Drive-Thru here. Sometimes there's a long wait time for your order, and their parking space seems not enough to accommodate more customers with vehicles.
They should dedicate staff or guard to properly assign / assist parking spaces for multiple vehicles waiting for drive-thru orders, in order to minimize drive-thru waiting time.
