Friendly enough but they showed us to a table and forgot to come and take the order, then forgot to get the order. 5pm on a Saturday, 3 staff and only 6 occupied tables and it took 25 minutes and 3 reminders to get a couple of pints of beer. Guinness badly poured so the glass was dripping. Maybe would have given us better service if I had arrived in a \Brand New Combine Harvester

Went for dinner with my Partner, had the local sausage and mash. Mash was lumpy, but can't remove any stars for it because the service was too good. Very friendly and attentive. Good measures for Covid in place, but in a way that still makes you feel relaxed.
Let the talbot stay open. Close everywhere else
Good beers, big garden for the kids to play in, and freinly staff
Very good quality food. the staff are very friendly. We are going to be frequent customers
