Accessible place but the place is quite busy at times. Near Estrella Bus Stop. Neighboring schools, private & governmenr offices, churchws and other establishments. The staff are friendly, attentive and accomodating. It's clean. Service is okay but could still improve. Nonetheless I recommended this place. Gas up here!
