Excellent food. Good service. Very happy we went there. My wife asked for not spicy, I asked for quite spicy. We both liked it perfect. It was good to be a bit early (19.15) because after that all the tables filled up quite well.

I really didn't know what to expect but I found myself yearning for some good, old Indian classics and this was the nearest place. As with most restaurants in France, they have a few choices of \menus\ where you get a choice of 2 or 3 dishes for starter, main and dessert from what I assume are their best selling items. We ordered pakoras and onion bajis for starters and then a couple of different curries to shares, one veggie and one very spicy chicken (we asked for it to be very spicy). While the curries were just wonderful and it was so good to finally eat some seriously spicy food, the starters were very disappointing. Onion bajis were actually cheap looking onion rings and the pakoras were... Well, I'm not really sure how to describe them. Something that resembled a vegetable patty. Both looked store bought and just not very appetising. The redeeming part of the starter was the condiments that came with it. They were simply wonderful. All in all, a nice place but I will definitely steer clear from starters next time.

Expected nothing, but was still disappointed. Service was so slow we eventually had to leave.

Very nice food. Slightly limited menu and unusual dishes compared with usual British Indian menus, however the Punjab chicken was delicious, and prepared spicy as per our request. We telephoned beforehand to ask whether they could cater for a vegan, and were told yes, and the restaurant prepared a vegetable biryani especially. Oddly it came without sauce, which I assume is because that wasn't vegan, but was tasty nonetheless. Weirdly although they have chapati and nan bread on the menu the staff told us this was the same thing in their restaurant?? Not therefore suitable for a vegan, but for the non-vegans the nan bread was very tasty. Service was friendly but a little slow, but we enjoyed our leisurely meal. I would return if I were in the area again.
