Fugu aka blowfish aka puffer fish restaurant which has lasted quite a long time, hence no need to worry with the chef's skill to avoid the poisonous part of the fish. Other menu are available such as sashimi of other fish types and unagi etc. Fugu meat has a soft and slightly chewy texture, though taste can be bland. To be honest I don't find them quite special. I've tried other specialized fugu establishment but had never find them to be a delicacy. Worth trying to scratch it off your list tho...
