I can't say anything bad about this world chocolate icon. Service is excellent, it smells just like hot choc, you can taste almost as much as you want, and they give you plenty of extra samples with what you buy. The are incredible, but yes. Quality and reputation come at a price : 50 euros per kgs of papillotes ......
You can taste chocolate until you are dizzy to determine what you want to buy. This town is the home of Valrhona and this location is not the factory but the museum and store. There were more types that I knew about and a blond chocolate that is a white with caramel that is amazing. Try the liquor filled in one bite for an unusual treat.
