Great customer service and the food is very authentic to other restaurants in Lyon

I asked a soup Pho and I received the whole liquid inside a ORDINARY PLASTIC BAG, I never saw anything like that before and I always ask for soup in another Viet restaurant. I can not said anything about the flavour cause it's completely disgusting and I will not eat it. I paid for literally hot water in a PLASTIC BAG.
I hate to write bad reviews but ...i really had a bad lunch. Viet salad was just some veg with sugar and 2 very small shrimps divided to make 4.. then the spicy fish was not spicy but with a huge amount of salt. It was like industrial fish nuggets . Bad food. All of this for 17.50 euros . Bad surprise when i had to pay. Their credit card was out of service. They told me it was written by the cash machine. Well... who see that before paying ? I had to go to the cash machine and get some money. I will never eat there again.

Nous sommes passés, avons vu les plats et prix affichés à l'extérieur, et avons commandé à emporter. Service peu aimable, mais rapide; bonne quantité et qualité du plat. Néanmoins, ce que nous n'avons pas aimé du tout : carte affichée à l'extérieur avec prix, et quand nous récupérons notre commande, le prix s'était envolé (carte extérieure : 19,50 - prix en nous donnons notre repas : 22,80..... J'ai fait la remarque et la réponse était \Ça fait longtemps que nous avons changé les prix\ - j'ai trouvé ça très malhonnête, et je n'ai pas l'intention d'y retourner.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit si vous désirez passer une soirée avec un service chaleureux. Honnêtement, la nourriture est correcte ( pas très copieuse mais bonne ) . Cependant, nous avons reçu un accueuil très froid, et nous avions l'impression que les serveuses nous forçaient à nous décider vite pour terminer leur service. En gros, elles en avaient marre...c'est dommage, je n'y retournerai Pas!
