Very Lousy guards and staffs. There's a lot of damages. The pool doesn't even look good. I hate how the guards serve all who come in and out the building. They didn't open for me in which I'm just wearing cap, short, and a sandal. But those girls come after me wearing dresses. He serve them well. I'm so disappointed. And the elevators are always in trouble. We've experienced going down by stairs from 24 to the ground. So annoying services they have.

I lived here for a year and the elevators never work. You’re usually waiting 15-30 minutes to go up or down because 2 of the 3 elevators are down. This place also doubles as office space for a lot small companies so the elevator issues get worse during office and lunch hours. They say there’s a gym but nothing works. Hall ways aren’t always clean. I constantly have flies coming from the drains. Also, as others mentioned, security/front desk is not the friendliest bunch.
Asking for assistance was a bit traumatizing. The building is OK but not the female guard in that condo. She should be reprimanded regarding her way of approaching and assisting people. I hope they will address this issue. The other guards are polite unlike her.
Lazy guards who won't do their jobs. Elevator is broken and is never fixed.
A mixed Business/Residential Condo Building development situated in a good location.
bad management... lots of creepy crawlers ... the lifts always under maintenance and sometimes the lobby smells funny.
They only have 3 slow elevators. The admin people are lazy and slow. The couch in the lobby has stains. The reception woman was kind of intimidating to guests (they should be welcoming). The only pro in this place is it's near good restaurants.
