Finally got to try the famous Bai’s Boneless Lechon Cebu, and I was blown away. The laman was very tasty that we didn’t even look for sarsa. It also wasn’t tough to chew. The best thing about it is the balat—very tasty & crispy, which was something I wasn’t expecting for a delivery order. It’s just excellence in every bite. We’ll definitely order again!

Hi Bai's Boneless Lechon Cebu. Here's what I think of your Cebu Lechon. Customer Service: 9 Your messenger represenetative and response turn-around-time is highly recommendable. You guys are awesome. You respond on every questions I had and you didn't get annoyed on my thrice follow ups and repetitive instructions. Delivery: 9.5 Your delivery service man was very courteous and polite. He was even apologetic cos he arrived 8 mins late. He is a very awesome guy. Food: 9 At first, I was very skeptical to orde because I might get dissapointed with the taste and texture of the lechon. (I had a prior bad experience with other brand) I was amazed that the pork skin is very crunchy even though it was delivered more than an hour. We ate lunch, so there was half pork leftover. So i was expecting the skin will be soggy or makunat at dinner time. However, it amazes me that it still crunchy like it was newly bought even the next day. You wouldn't get wrong on the crunchiness of this lechon cebu. Now, the meat part, I really thought there will be a distinct strong taste (like pork malansa, Like I had one before, again with other brand) but I really like the taste. It's not too salty that you can even eat it without rice cos it has this powerful flavor that you want to eat more. Packaging: 10 I really like your box with handle packaging. It is very eco-friendly :) Therefore, my score for this is 37.5 out of 40. Goodjob guys ! Now with what I have experienced, I'm definitely going to order again December for Christmas. Looking forward on this! And for the customers out there. You should really try this out !
