Usually very satisfied with the food And service from Tagore but tonight was unfortunately a let down. Ordered two naan breads, one was forgotten, I phoned the shop to let them know and was abruptly informed another one would be sent, with no real apology. Unsurprisingly by the time it arrived we’d finished our meal. Lamb pathia was disappointing, a few small pieces of chewy and tough lamb in a very runny sauce. Pilau rice was hard and undercooked. A shame because past meals from here have been excellent.
Great food, can definitely recommend green lamb curry! Great friendly service, nicest curry I have had for a long time!
Like the balti chicken with mushrooms though it was a tad oily. The food was quite tasty.
