i would like to complain this gas station and its franchisee alberto reyes. we were on a flat tire and it was about to rain, would like to change a tire in the service dock for cover, however the owner or manager rudely told us that they dont accomodate change of tires for the service bay and only for change oil. i explained to him respectfully that i just need cover and i will be the one changing the tire, he then again lambasted us and told us to leave immediately if we won't agree to his terms.
A usual stop for gas whenever i'm at Tagaytay. Ok crew. Sometimes service is slow because of customer volume.
