Customer Service staff was rude and negligent in sim upgrade -- took valid IDs and screenshots of Gcash and even required prepaid card purchase to \validate\ the number. New sim issued but doesn't seem synced as calls and sms could not be made on the new sim. Customer service staff was cocky enough to insist there was no load on the old sim if that was the case as the phone signal indicates working sim. We tried waiting for sim to be fully activated but he insisted we just wait for the update and fill-up the survey link provided at home. True enough, there was initially no load credit since one from old sim was not carried over to upgraded sim - the upgrade sim had another mobile number! We had to rush back through traffic to have this corrected. No apologies, just same arrogance. Hope they get to hire people who enjoy their jobs next time.

I am very disappointed. It was so hard to reach out to them plus a super slow and poor performance. Overall, just a complete mess. I discourage anyone to waste their hardearned money on this kind of service.
