I ordered 15 rocks for a rockery explaining they should not be large because my garden is very small. I had two conversations to make them aware, one on the day of delivery. They were delivered. The drivers fussed about carrying them 1.5 metre to my garden, so I helped them. They said they were only helping out today and couldn’t explain the 9 massive rocks out of 15. I was told the delivery men chose the rocks. They were as interested as if I was telling them I’d broken a nail. Phoned the office and was given no help to rectify this so I got shirty. I told them they were untrustworthy and had no customer care. In the end they said they would collect the order. I got a refund - I think I did - I won’t be safe until I see it in my account. This company is dodgy. It’s the only way to describe them. All cheery when taking your money but are totally lacking in understanding on how to meet customers’ needs when delivering an order. However I bet they don’t let their suppliers diddle them. How many customers accept unsatisfactory deliveries from them rather than challenge them? Other posts said they’re rude and uncooperative. I agree totally. I don’t understand why they’re still in business - Ah! maybe I do..... 15th June I phoned Tafs today to check if my refund had gone through their system. Apparently it hadn’t and the gentleman I was speaking to gave me a telling off for writing the above review. I challenged him back when he spoke extremely rudely calling me an idiot. All I can say is yes, I was an idiot to trust Tafs. I have bought rocks elsewhere and received excellent service. So much so I spent another 179 with them. It’s a shame when a company has to defend their poor service by abusing the customer.
Absolutely brilliant Customer Service and the two delivery drivers were perfect and an absolute credit to the company, very very helpful and could not of given a better service, many thanks to you all :-)

Good products however you need to plan much better as I ordered 17 days prior to the scheduled delivery. I had to phone to ask where my delivery was just to be told that you can't deliver today as the driver had too much to deliver.
