We have been visiting Smith & Western for years and love a family night out here. The food is lovely, staff always super helpful. The service is fast and the price is reasonable. The kids always have so much fun because it has a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Highly recommended by our two kids who LOVE the ribs.

Came here just before the lockdown. The interior of restaurant is absolutely amazing! It does make you feel like you are in America at one of the cafe diners place. Loved the combo meal offer they have for starter and mains. Ordered the buffalo chicken wings and this was great! I had the festive burger since it’s Christmas winter period. Overall the burger portion is huge. Unfortunately the bottom of the bun was quite soggy due to the red cabbage underneath it. The pigs on blanket were a bit dry and didn’t like much of the taste. I had an Oreo milkshake. The Oreos were kind of soggy and didn’t taste crunchy fresh as it should be. Overall this is a great restaurant and wouldn’t mind coming back in the future to try their other burgers.
Lovely decor and the staff make the best out the current situation. Food is a little on the pricey side. Waitress was lovely and helpful. Was served our food promptly and delicious. Only small gripe was our table never have cutlery on it and the kitchen waiter who dropped our food off never checked to see if we needed anything as he shot off in a rush so we waited a while before being able to eat.
Loved it here! The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavour, it arrived hot to our table and presented. Lots of spice/pepper on the spiced dishes. The restaurant itself looks fantastic, great western theme and decor and all the staff were in costume. Absolutely loved our time there! Prices are a little higher here, but in my opinion well worth that bit extra. We were served by a guy called Antony and he was absolutely brilliant, customer service was second to none.
Amazing place with delicious food served in original style and massive portions in normal prices. Lovely atmosphere and awesome staff. Well deserved 5*
