Haven't fully sampled street food in Mexico City yet, but this place serves well as an introduction...at reasonable prices.
This place is my go to for tacos, till today.. I bought the gelatin and it had MOLD!!!!! I only took a Bite and noticed it didn’t taste right. I realized the mold after taking a bite.... so gross.... I called the place and spoke with a girl, she Claimed “oh they must of not taken them all out”... so they KNEW THEY HAD MOLDY GELATIN... but yet there was some there still.. so disappointing, hopefully I don’t get food Poisoning.
In my opinion, this is the best taco place in the valley. There's never a huge wait despite coming during peak weekend hours. I lived in Mexico City and can honestly say these Tacos Al Pastor are the best I've had in the states (make sure to ask for piña on top!). Just as it is important to have delicious tacos, you also need good salsas to put on top and the salsas here are awesome!! Definitely recommend to anyone.
