Terrible place to work. EXTREMELY high turnover.(longest employee has been there since Nov.2018) Drama in the work environment, you will be undermined by Simmika Bradford the supervisor. She calls you honey and sweetie but it’s an act. She not only gossips about management and her employees but has a fued with the Boss, Missy and will try to get you and other employees to report her behind her back etc. you will be gone long before her. She talks about the residents while they are sitting there and doesn’t uphold the dignity of the residents. Also, you will have money missing from your checks. They frequently run out of cleaning supplies which are needed in that environment. Also she will agree with you behind Missy’s back but agrees with her in person
