Joseph Perez is amazing! This review is long overdue!! My husband and I were ready to jump in and buy our first home- yes in the middle of a panorama, but we felt confident having Joseph on our side the whole way through. He is the hardest working, most generous and kind human you can find in a real estate agent.I would absolutely use him for any of our needs in the future, and recommend him to anyone looking for their person. Joseph goes above and beyond for his clients, and this showed during the entire home buying process. Not only did he do everything we needed, but he was there for his other clients as well. He fought hard for us to land our home in the middle of a sellers market and we were stunned at how quick the process was. He even informed us it could take just a little bit longer as it is a tough market, but he knew we’d make it happen and assured us he would do everything he could to find the right home. Countless hours driving around, scoping out a lot of misses (many of which I asked him take us to view even if he had a feeling it wasn’t “the one” haha) , and even a couple of offers placed before we DID find “the one”!! His care for attention and detail in what we were looking for is truly one of a kind and could not be matched. We learned so much from him and I am so glad we chose him for this roller coaster of a process!

I'm always so impressed by Theory Real Estate and its team! Since moving to Tacoma, they've been one of my favorite real estate teams to keep up with their projects and listings and I have only heard amazing things about buying and selling with their team. I was first introduced to them when I attended an open house and they went above and beyond for any I've ever attended. The listing was gorgeous in itself but they also had fun swag and even gift cards to local businesses for the first people who came. I was so impressed by their follow-up too. Following the open house they reached out to me and even though I wasn't quite ready at the time they set up an intro call with me to walk me through the process and even introduced me to a financing company to talk about steps I could take to make that dream a reality. They didn't have to take time out of their days to do that but they did and the info they shared has been so valuable and helpful! They also offer a first-time home buyer workshop that always looks like a blast! I just really love how proactive and helpful they are for people -- even when they aren't current clients. Not only that but the love they have for Tacoma shows in everything they do. I love keeping up with their home renovation projects -- they have such a fun style. Plus they've also done some really cool commercial and rental projects that have been focused on revitalizing different neighborhoods too. As a fellow business owner, I really appreciate culture they've created at their business and how much heart they have for the city.

reached out to them to find a new location for our restaurant talked to the guy once! and talked about how we were looking for someone to work with and who would actually stay in touch and get back to us...... he never called us back or anything its now been 2 months also I edited this back to 5 stars because I haven't had a chance to work with the company so I cant judge them.

My family used Jay at Theory real state to help in the sale and purchase of our home. He knew absolutely nothing about the property could not even tell us where the garbage disposal was let alone anything of any REAL importance, which is what you need when choosing a realtor. Someone who knows about closing dates, costs of all the major details when buying and selling a home. Every time we spoke to him he made us feel like his time was too valuable to help us, and never went out of his way to do anything to make the process easier. If you are going to pay someone to assist you in the sale and purchase of your home please make sure they know about contracts and costs and all of the details they are supposed to be aware of. Our sale went fine but it was not because of him.
